JuristInnen der Uni Graz verfassen Nachschlagewerk für neues österreichisches Rechtsmittelverfahren

Mit 1. Jänner 2014 ändert sich in Österreich der Rechtsschutz in Verwaltungssachen: Statt wie bisher vor einem Unabhängigen Finanzsenat oder Unabhängigen Verwaltungssenat werden Beschwerden, wie sie etwa gegen Einkommenssteuerbescheide oder Bescheide wegen Verkehrsübertretungen erhoben werden können, künftig vor dem neu gegründeten Bundesfinanzgericht oder den Landesverwaltungs- oder dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht entschieden. JuristInnen am Institut für Finanzrecht der Universität Graz haben das neue „Beschwerdeverfahren in Abgabensachen“ umfassend analysiert und in einem Handbuch übersichtlich dargestellt.

 

„Der Band soll in erster Linie eine Unterstützung für MitarbeiterInnen der Finanzverwaltung, WirtschaftstreuhänderInnen und RichterInnen, die sich mit Verfahren in Abgabensachen auseinandersetzen müssen, sein“, erklärt die Leiterin des Instituts für Finanzrecht und Herausgeberin des Werkes, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Tina Ehrke-Rabel. Da die rechtlichen Grundlagen des neuen Rechtsschutzverfahrens vor dem Bundesfinanzgericht sehr komplex und abstrakt sind, haben sich JuristInnen des Instituts für Finanzrecht der Uni Graz dessen anschauliche und praxisorientierte Aufbereitung zur Aufgabe gemacht. Das Ergebnis ist ein Werkzeug in Form eines Buches, das Beispiele, Hinweise und Tipps für PraktikerInnen bietet. 

 

Das Praxisbuch „Rechtsmittelverfahren in Abgabensachen“ ist vor kurzem im renommierten MANZ-Verlag erschienen. In einem Praxisseminar, das heute in Graz stattfindet, beleuchten ExpertInnen die einzelnen relevanten Punkte.
