Jede Menge Bücher stehen bei Books4Life für den Flohmarkt bereit

Beim Books4Life-Frühlings-Flohmarkt wieder tolle Schnäppchen ergattern

Frühjahrsputz bei Books4Life: Der karitative Buchladen an der Universität Graz veranstaltet von Montag 17. März bis Donnerstag 20. März 2014 einen Bücherflohmarkt im Foyer der Universitätsbibliothek. "So viele Bücher, wie bei diesem Flohmarkt, hatten wir noch nie", freut sich Carola Trinkl. Bis an die Zimmer-Decke stappeln sich derzeit die Bücherkartons im Books4Life-Shop. Beim Flohmarkt nächste Woche sind wieder Schmöker aus allen unterschiedlichen Genres dabei und die Preise sind wie gewohnt sehr günstig. "Zusätzlich haben wir im Shop auch noch Inventur veranstaltet, also Bücher ausgeschieden aus den Regalen, und dazu auch wieder tolle Bücherspenden hereinbekommen", betont Trinkl.

Seit der Eröffnung im Jahre 2010 hatte Books4Life bereits über 19.000 Bücher in den Regalen. Letztes Jahr beliefen sich die Einnahmen auf mehr als 9000 Euro, über die sich die SOS Kinderdörfer, die Volkshilfe Steiermark und das Grazer Frauenhaus freuen konnten.
