JuristInnen der Uni Graz verfassen Kommentar zum Handelsangestellten-Kollektivvertrag

Mit umfassender Expertise der Uni Graz wurde ein neuer Kommentar zum Handelsangestellten-Kollektivvertrag erstellt. Als AutorInnen zeichnen neben Dr. Katharina Urleb von der Kammer für Arbeiter und Angestellte Steiermark insbesondere Univ.-Prof. Dr. Günther Löschnigg vom Institut für Arbeits- und Sozialrecht und Mag. Claudia Heinrich-Rainer vom Personalressort verantwortlich. Vergangene Woche – punktgenau zu den Lohnverhandlungen im Handel – wurde die Publikation in der Nationalbibliothek in Wien präsentiert.

Die Buchpräsentation war in eine Diskussion zum Thema „ArbeitnehmerInnenrecht durchsetzen. Die Bedeutung des Handelsangestellten-KV“ eingebunden, an der Löschnigg die wissenschaftliche Perspektive einbrachte.

It has been an exceptionally hot summer so far. The meteorological station at the University of Graz has also reported record temperatures. Unprecedented in the history of weather records dating back to 1894: 44 days above 30 degrees within a single year, six of which were above 35 degrees!
