Wie werden Emotionen in der Musik kommuniziert? MusikerInnen hatten schon immer ein gutes Gespür dafür Emotionen in ihrer Darbietung darzustellen. Erica Bisesi (Graz) und Jennifer MacRitchie (Lugano) stellen aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse der Disziplinen Musikpsychologie, Musiktheorie und Aufführungspraxis vor, um eine neue Theorie emotionaler Kommunikation innerhalb der westlichen klassischen Musik zu entwickeln. Diese theoretischen Aspekte werden anschließend in einem von den ForscherInnen gespielten Konzert veranschaulicht.
