Laura Pajula
Laura Pajula, MSc, is a Doctoral Researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Research on Ageing and Care in the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy at the University of Jyväskylä. Her work focuses on older adults’ digital inclusion, with particular emphasis on digital public services, and access on social and societal level. Pajula has comprehensive experience from project work and cross-sectional collaboration at the intersection of aging and digitalization. She is currently working on the DigiIN project (Towards Socially Inclusive Digital Society: Transforming Service Culture) funded by the Strategic Research Council.

University of Coimbra
Sérgio Barbosa:
Sérgio Barbosa is a PhD candidate at the University of Coimbra. He is a research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Science, Technology and Society, TU Graz. He was a Digital Humanism Junior Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in 2023. His research interests include digital activism, chat apps, digital ethics, and Global South.
