Range of studies

The University of Graz, Austria’s second-oldest and second-biggest university, is rich in tradition and offers an extensive range of study options. The 120-plus programmes of study are run by six faculties and range from theology, through economic sciences and languages to natural sciences.
Thanks to NAWI Graz, the natural sciences cooperation between the university and TU Graz, students benefit from the combined strengths and expertise of both institutions. One unique feature are the programmes which focus mainly on issues of the future: environment, energy and sustainability. Furthermore, the University of Graz is the first and only university in Austria to offer the native sign language as part of its “Transcultural Communication” programme.
