Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for every aspect of the administration of student data. The staff handle both admissions and deregistration from a programme, or a change of course. They also administer the tuition fees and the central examination records as well as issuing the UNIGRAZcard student ID card, confirmations of enrolment and confirmations of successful course completion. In addition, the Office of Academic Affairs issues degree and doctorate certificates and organises the university graduation ceremony.

The office also handles applications for the allocation of a study placement for international students and advises and supports international students in regard to admission requirements.

Additionally, the Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for admissions to the university entrance qualification exam and for advising prospective students.
