Southeast Europe in the “international classroom”

The master’s programme in Southeast European Studies has a distinctively international emphasis and offers the chance to graduate with a double degree. Courses are taught in English and you can choose between two tracks – history or Law and Politics.

Southeast European Studies at the University of Graz

Depending on your chosen focus, you will study the history, politics, law, economy and culture of Southeast Europe. The study programme also covers European integration, democratisation, human rights, the rule of law as well as postcolonial and intersectional studies.
