VENUE INFORMATION

Summer School and Workshop Venue:
Schloss Seggau is an
ideal venue to satisfy the goal of encouraging contiuous interaction of
students and teachers as Schloss Seggau has ample rooms for all participants, provides for
three meals a day and with beautiful overlooks of Leibnitz, has an outdoor pool and numerous places to
stroll around the neighboring hills. Leibnitz is also easily accessible for evening excursions.
- Summer School and Workshop Location: The summer school takes place at
Schloss Seggau which is a
church-owned conference center located on a beautiful hill on the edge of Leibnitz a small city south of Graz.
- Facilities and Equipment: Slide projectors, a dia-projector, television and
video r ecorder, and a video-beamer are avaliable for presentations. A laptop computer with the
following technical specificat ions is also provided:
- Microsoft Windows 95 or LINUX operating system
- Microsoft Office (including MS-Powerpoint)
- MATLAB 5.3
- E-Mail: Facilitiies will be provided for all participants.
