I have published several books with major foreign publishers, including Cambridge University Press, Basil Blackwell, Polity Press, Routledge and Edward Elgar.
What I consider to be my main book (together with Neri Salvadori), Theory of Production. A Long-period Analysis, was published in 1995 by Cambridge University Press. In 1997 followed a revised paperback edition. In 2004 a Russian translation of the book was published (Moscow: Finansi i statistica). At present a Chinese translation is in preparation which is supposed to appear in 2007 (Beijing: China Economic Publishing House).
Several other papers and books of mine have been translated into foreign languages (including Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese). My essay Joseph A. Schumpeter. Ein Sozialökonom zwischen Marx und Walras (Marburg 2005: Metropolis Verlag) has been translated into Serbian (Belgrade 2006). A translation into Japanese will come out in 2008.

Co-founder and Managing Editor of The European Journal of the History of Economic Thought (London: Routledge) since its foundation in 1993 (since 2005 the journal is covered by SSCI)
General Editor of the unpublished papers and correspondence of Piero Sraffa, a task carried out on behalf of Cambridge University Press and Trinity College, Cambridge (three vols with around 2.000 pp.).
