With its approx 4,000 students the Faculty of Law at the University of Graz is the second largest law faculty in Austria. Amongst its alumni are a great number of highly recognised national and international personalities. Our teachers include members of the highest Austrian courts, renowned lawyers, and acclaimed national and international experts.

The Faculty of Law is committed to provide its students with a profound, high quality education in law and, thus, give students the best possible preparation for their future professional careers.

The diploma programme and the doctoral programme in law are the Faculty’s main educational programmes. Besides, unique programmes, like, e.g., the Master in South East European Law and European Integration, round up and enrich the Faculty’s academic profile.
