The globclim.org homepage uses an SSL-certificate for encrypted and authenticated data transfer, which is verified by CAcert.

To access the page you will have to accept the certificate or you (preferably) install CAcert's root certificate that you can download here. How to install this root certificate into your preferred browser is described in the wiki.
