Academic Calendar
Our academic year runs from the beginning of October to the end of June. You should plan your arrival and departure according to the academic calendar of our university. If you take the German Intensive Course three weeks prior to the beginning of the semester, you should try to arrive on the Thursday or Friday before the course starts. Exams usually take place at the end of/or in the first week after the semester. No courses are held in February, but exams might take place then.
