Fees and Payment

The total costs for the summer school per student are € 1.300 This amount includes room & board (double or triple rooms, 3 meals per day), tuition as well as costs for excursions. However, there are various scholarships and grants available.

Travel arrangements to and from Seggau have to be made and paid for individually by the students.

Travel arrangements

Students need to pay for and organize their travel arrangements themselves!

Payment

After the selection process, accepted students will receive further information regarding payment (account numbers etc.) via e-mail. Bank transactions have to be completed by April 8th, 2012! Under no circumstances will students be admitted to the program if the tuition fee has not been paid in full.

Please keep in mind that in case of internet banking there may be bank service charges!

Cancellation

80% of your tuition fee will be refunded in case of:

  • illness (Please send a medical report!)
  • severe illness or death of a close relative (i.e. parents, siblings, spouse/partner, children. Please send a medical report!)

No other reasons for reimbursement will be accepted!
